Being in tourism a large majority of forward thinking Operators/Providers are realising that they need some kind of on-line booking facility to capture the world at large besides wanting to be able to access their bookings information from anywhere in the world. Here at Victoria Webdesign we have created 2 types of bookings systems.

Non-Real-time On-line Booking System


What this means is that a Provider/Operator/Company can put in their inventory but still needs to be asked by Customer if it is still available. All liaison takes place through a secure email server. On final confirmation an electronic ticket is issued with all the relevant information and Reference Number. Transactions are recorded.

Real-time On-line Booking System


What this means is that the Provider/Operator/Company has the ability to input their inventory which is live. What this means is that this booking request does not need to confirmed by the Provider/Operator/Company - the booking/purchase will take place straight away. Inventory is tallied automatically. An electronic ticket is issued with all the relevant information and Reference Number. Transactions are recorded.
